Miserable Outing for Tigers and Nchalo in the TNM Super League.

Azam Tigers and Nchalo United have ended their weekend with losses away at the hands of TN Stars and Dwangwa United respectively.
The Kasungu Stars handed the Kau-Kau boys a second defeat as the Kanjedza outfit failed to come back from Saturday’s defeat at Civo as China Chirwa condemned them to another 1-nil defeat.
The loss means Tigers are now perched on third position after playing 8 games four points behind
leaders Nyasa Big Bullets who have so far accumulated 16 points from 6 games.
Tigers team manager Robin Alufandika was left devastated after Sunday’s defeat but said his team will work hard to do better in their next fixture.
“It is very painful that we will be going back home empty handed. We played very well in both games but i think luck was not on our side as we missed a lot of scoring opportunities,” said Alufandika.
Elsewhere Nchalo United’s trip to Dwangwa also ended into two back to back defeats as they were smashed 4-0 by Dwangwa United after being beaten 2-1 by Mafco on Saturday.
In another match, Blue Eagle have climbed to fourth after coming from behind to beat Red Lions 2-1.
Goals from Micium Mhone and Gilbert Chirwa were enough to give the corps the hard fought victory as the soldiers got their consolation through Mathews Simbeyi
