Be Forward Wanderers players Peter Cholopi, Dan Kumwenda and Misheck Botomani have written the club asking for a mutual termination of their contract.

According to the latter that we have seen, signed by the three players and there agent Haroon Kasim addressed to the team’s chairperson  and copied to Football Association of Malawi (FAM) Transfer Matching System Manager, Casper Jangale, the players have decided to terminate the contract because of Wanderers’ failure to give them what was promised in the contract.

Part of one of the letters dated June 6, 2018 reads:
“We request that the contract of my athlete Peter Cholopi be terminated with immediate effect and his clearance be processed forthwith to allow him to exercise his skills where he can be appreciated. ”

However, Nomads Chairman Gift Mkandawire declined to comment on the matter claiming he has not yet received the letter.
The Nomads are expected to play Red Lions in a TNM Super League fixture after a two week break.
