The SID Organization has been making waves in the community with its philanthropic efforts, and its latest initiative is no exception.
On August 3, 2025, the organization will host the “Charity Initiative Events” at the prestigious Heritage Hotel in Limbe.
According to Mlakatuli Abraham, Director for the SID Organization, the primary purpose of the event is to raise funds for local charities.
“All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting a good cause,” Abraham explained in an interview with 247 Malawi News.
“The charity initiative is a great opportunity for individuals to make a positive impact in their community”,,he added
The event will feature an impressive lineup of talented artists and guest speakers, ensuring a lively and engaging experience for attendees.
Music lovers can look forward to performances by Aqeel Masinja, Rajab Anusa, Aganga a Jabilu, Abubakar Muhammad Ali, Aisha Samson, Mlakatula Jafali Time, Raphael Sitima, Isack Kadankowa, Abu Daud, Shamila The Poet, Issah Saeed, Jamila Bwanali, Jazilu Mdala, and Bamusi Awali.
Adding to the excitement will be the presence of esteemed guests, including Hon. Abida Mia, the Minister of Water and Sanitation, Dr. Imran Sharif, and Bro Ishmael Katawala.
Tickets for the event are available for purchase, with prices ranging from K5,000 to K8,000, offering options for different budgets.
