Human resource management lecturer and researcher at Catholic University of Malawi (Cunima), Bright Limani, has stressed the need for university students to develop skills and knowledge on handling job interview questions.
Limani made the call on Friday during a CV development and job search seminar organized by CUNIMA in partnership with the Institute for People Management Malawi (IPMM) in Chiradzulu.

He said lacking interview skills can hinder students’ job prospects.
“Their interview success depends on how they answer the questions,” said Limani.
The seminar also equipped students with effective job search strategies and techniques to enhance their employability.
Two of the participants , Chisomo Layero and Father Kukumbira, praised the seminar, describing it as an eye-opener that provided valuable insights into the job market.
