Malawian defender Limbikani Mzava has joined Malaysian side Penang Football Club as a free agent after parting ways with South African club Magesi FC.
Penang FC welcomed Mzava to their team, highlighting his strengths as a commanding centre-back with grit, aerial power, and natural leadership.
Mzava, 31years old brings significant experience to the team, having played for several clubs including Bloemfontein Celtic, Mpumalanga Black Aces, Golden Arrows, Highlands Park, AmaZulu, and Magesi in South Africa.

He has also made 64 appearances for the Malawi national team, scoring two goals. With 231 appearances in his career, Mzava has scored five goals and provided four assists.
The team has been actively recruiting new players to boost their lineup for the 2025-2026 season.
Mzava’s move to Malaysia is a new chapter in his career, and he is expected to make a significant impact in the Malaysian football scene.
