Mighty Wanderers have firmly stamped their authority over Blantyre after thrashing their city rivals, FCB Nyasa Big Bullets, 3-0 in TNM Super League encounter played this afternoon at Kamuzu Stadium.
Blessings Singini was the hero of the day, netting a brilliant brace, while Wallace Adam added another to seal a memorable victory for the Nomads.

The win marks Wanderers’ second triumph over the Bullets completing a rare league double over the People’s Team a feat that has reignited their title ambitions.
Bob Mpinganjira’s side has climbed to second place on the league table with 48 points, just one point behind the leaders, Bullets, who have 49 points under coach Peter Mponda.
The Nomads have also played one game fewer than their rivals, meaning they could move to the top if they win their outstanding fixture.
This result has sent waves of excitement among Wanderers fans, who packed Kamuzu Stadium to witness one of their team’s fine Ist performances in recent years.
Despite showing flashes of brilliance, Bullets failed to cope with Wanderers’ attacking power and defensive discipline, leaving their supporters disappointed.
Attention now turns to the next fixture, as Wanderers will face Songwe Border United before shifting focus to the FDH Bank Cup semifinals where they could once again cross paths with familiar rivals.
