Eli Njuchi has confirmed that he has successfully refunded money for 824 tickets that were sold ahead of his much anticipated live music show, which was scheduled to take place towards the end of last year.
The move marks the latest step in addressing concerns from fans following the cancellation of the event.

In a statement released to the public, the award-winning artist explained that the refund exercise was conducted in partnership with Kwenda.Co, the company that was responsible for selling tickets for the show. He said the process was handled systematically to ensure transparency and accountability.
According to Eli Njuchi, the refunds were aimed at making sure that fans did not suffer financial loss after the show failed to take place as planned.
He acknowledged that many supporters had waited patiently for clarity on the matter.
The singer further noted that while the majority of ticket buyers have already received their money, there may still be a few individuals who are yet to be refunded due to technical or communication challenges.
He has since urged anyone who has not received their refund to come forward and notify his team so that the matter can be resolved without further delay.
Eli Njuchi took time to apologise to all fans who purchased tickets, describing the situation as unfortunate and deeply painful, both for him personally and for everyone connected to the event.
He also expressed gratitude to his supporters for their understanding and compassion during what he described as one of the most difficult moments of his career.
The event, dubbed The Hive Experience, had generated huge excitement among music lovers and was expected to be one of the major entertainment highlights of the year.
However, the concert was abruptly cancelled following a tragic road accident that claimed the lives of five members of Eli Njuchi’s band.
The band members were involved in the fatal accident while travelling to Lilongwe, where the show was scheduled to take place, sending shockwaves across the music industry.
