Former Sports Minister Moses Dossi, laid to rest

The body of the former Minister of Sports and Sports Analyst Moses Dossi has been laid to rest at his home village, Kalimanjera in the area of Traditional Authority Chapananga in Chikwawa district.

A huge crowd that included Speaker of Parliament, Catherine Gotani Hara, cabinet ministers Richard Chimwendo Banda and Abida Mia, Parliamentarians, Kamlepo Kalua and Lilian Patel as well as Paramount Chief Lundu, attended the funeral ceremony.

Dossi, popularly known as ‘Man on the touch line’, died at Adventist hospital in Blantyre on Thursday, April 18, at the age of 70 after a long illness.
