Gospel singer Miracle Chinga has paid tribute to a fan, ‘Eddah Chosadziwa Subili’ who died on her way from ‘Zikomo Malawi’ music show which was organised by the musician at BICC in Lilongwe on Sunday, July 6, 2025.
Subili popularly known as ‘Eddah Make Ufulu’ is reported to have died after being hit by a car just close to where she packed her car in Area 49 in Lilongwe.
In a statement posted on her Facebook page, Chinga said she is deeply saddened with Eddah’s death, describing her as a mother who was always there to support her.
“You were more than just a fan to me; you were family. Your enthusiasm and energy were contagious, and your presence at my event meant the world to me. I’ll always cherish the memory of you coming to the dressing room, giving me your blessings, and radiating joy before the event,” reads the statement in part.
Meanwhile, the body of the late Eddah Chosadziwa Subili is expected to be collected at Mthunzi Mortuary on Wednesday afternoon to Area 49 where a funeral ceremony will take place on Thursday.
Her body will then be laid to rest at Area 18 Cemetery on the same day, Thursday July, 10, 2025.
