The Revolutionary leader of Muvi wa Chilungamo Revolutionary Party (MRP) Bantu Saunders Jumah, has claimed that Malawians are united in suffering and the ones who are prospering are the politicians.
Jumah said for 62 years of independence, Malawians have been told beautiful stories of one Malawi, one nation and one destiny.
He said Malawians are one country, one nation but destiny is not the same, politicians are the ones who are enjoying the country better than the country itself and its citizens.
Speaking through the Revolutionary voice, Jumah has questioned Malawians that if they are truly in one Malawi, one nation and one destiny, why are so many Malawians struggling for their everyday needs, electricity is stack at 300 megawatts to 21 million plus citizens?
Jumah said Malawi is a nation that cannot dream of its future observing that its dreams are robbed by politicians, assuring Malawians that a nation without dreams, is a nation without the future.
He said in Malawi, people are celebrating titles such as Professors, Doctors and Honourable but there’s no transformation, there’s only the value of education without transformation.
The Revolutionary leader said a country led by educated mines must reflect innovations and civilization saying in Malawi, titles are reflecting failure of leadership, vision and integrity.
He said time has come, Malawians cannot continue to be voting for empty political slogans saying in 2030 they will not vote for titles for one Malawi, one nation, and one destiny, they will vote for transformative leaders not politicians.
Jumah said Malawi can change only with transformational leadership not politicians claiming that the country has a fertile arable land, clean water, and mineral deposits but lack a leadership with consciousness of Steve Biko.
He has appealed to Malawians to start rejecting the lie of one Malawi, one nation, and one destiny claiming that Malawians are loyal to suffering while politicians are prospering and in the end describing Malawi as a poor country.
Jumah has finally advised Malawians to remove envy, greed and corruption which have blanketed the whole country, saying it is possible for Malawi to change from being the poorest to middle income economy.
