Limpopo FM online radio station, says it has established a plot by some DPP Members of Parliament who are conniving with some opposition Members of Parliament to move a motion in Parliament of impeaching Sameer Suleman as Speaker of Parliament.
Limpopo FM said since Suleman advised the DPP ministers not to involve politics in the Dr. Napoleon Dzombe’s fertilizer manufacturing company in Dowa district to start manufacturing fertilizer, some senior DPP members are meeting behind closed doors strategizing to impeach Suleman from his position as Speaker of Parliament.
The Radios Nkhanga zaona programme Producer and Presenter Comrade Ntanyiwa, said some independent Members of Parliament have been approached that after Suleman is impeached, Victor Musowa must be made Speaker of Parliament observing that with Suleman, the MPs are failing to bulldoze some bills to satisfy their needs.
Comrade Ntanyiwa said the plan to impeach Suleman for Victor Musowa as Speaker of Parliament is being made for Musowa to allow Members of Parliament move a motion of impeaching Vice President Justice Dr. Jane Ansah SC RTD a thing which Suleman cannot allow to happen with him as Speaker of Parliament.
He has alleged that MCP MP Ulemu Msungama was approached to move a motion of impeaching Justice Dr. Jane Ansah SC RTD advising two DPP ministers Roza Mbilizi and Chimwemwe Chipungu not to destroy the party and the legacy of President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika.
“Thanks should go to other MCP MPs who told Msungama not to move that motion, if he will do that he will be him only for his interest,” said Comrade Ntanyiwa.
He has advised Victor Musowa to reject the proposal of making him Speaker of Parliament after impeaching Sameer Suleman because one never know what tomorrow will be which in the end Musowa will be a laughing stock by Malawians.
The Activist has reminded those MPs behind plans of impeaching Sameer Suleman that Suleman fought hard for Professor Mutharika to bounce back into government assuring them that there’s no way he can be suspected of working with the MCP for facilitating the licence to be issued to Dr. Napoleon Dzombe to start manufacturing fertilizer at his company reminding them that Dr. Napoleon Dzombe by virtue of coming from Dowa, an MCP dominated district, he is not a politician and politics is not his side.
He said Sameer Suleman and Noman Paulosi Chisale were abused left and right by the MCP led government of President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera and today, some people in the DPP are pointing their fingers at the two as bad people advising DPP members and supporters to learn to give credit to on while he is alive and not waiting for his death.
Comrade Ntanyiwa said it is sad that some DPP ministers have forgotten the reasons Malawians voted out the DPP from government in June, 2020 and they are doing the very same mistakes advising those vying for DPP leadership that it is too early to show colours – leadership cones from God.
He said Professor Mutharika has nothing to lose if the DPP loses the 2030 elections, advising senior DPP ministers to sit down and let allow God to choose for Himself the best candidate to lead the DPP after Professor Mutharika has retired from active politics in 2030.
The Activist has finally appealed to President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika to sit down with his ministers that there are complaints from Area, Constituency, District and Regional committees of the party that they are not being visited by the officials saying these are the structures that will make the party strong and these structures will not be needed in the 2030 elections for votes, time is now to rebuild the party from the grassroot.
