Renowned author Dr. Anthony John Mukumbwa has temporarily put on hold the sale of his highly anticipated book titled ‘State Capture’ after noticing errors in the initial versions that were inadvertently distributed.
In a statement, the author’s Public Relations Officer (PRO) Alex Splendor Ngulube says the reason to temporarily hold the sale of the book is to ensure that readers receive a product of the highest quality and accuracy.
According to Ngulube, the spotted errors in the book include the unintentional distribution of incorrect versions.
Says Ngulube in the statement :”The author is actively working on rectifying these errors and is committed to delivering an improved and error-free of ‘State Capture’. The version will be made available for purchase as soon as necessary revisions are completed before the expected launching day which is on April 25,2024.
“Dr. Anthony John Mukumbwa understands the anticipation surrounding ‘State Capture’ and assures the readers that the book will return to the market and be restocked in bookstores once the corrections are finalized.”
He concludes:”We express sincere gratitude for the support and understanding of the readers during this temporary hold. Regular updates on the corrections and the anticipated launch date will be provided on his website and social media channels.”
