National Development Party(NDP) has appointed Wakuda Kamanga as its vice president responsible for Operations,the party’s Secretary General Gerald Chilongo has confirmed.
Kamanga’s appointment comes hours after joining the party from Alliance for Democracy (AFORD) where he has been suspended today for allegedly sharing the party’s sensitive information to other political parties.
Chilongo says NDP has also appointed Judith Mang’anda who has joined the party together with Kamanga as its Director of Protocol and Events.
Kamanga is a well known politician who has been in many political parties in the country including Malawi Congress Party (MCP) , Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), AFORD, People’s Party (PP) among others.
NDP was formally registered as a political party on 1st March 2024 and is led by Frank Mwenefumbo.
